Why the hell do I see advertisements on my livejournal when I am not logged in?!!! How mean is this from all the Livejournal crew? Come on, this is the first time I face such a problem! And I have a free account, normally I wouldn't have advertisements if I chose this, only if I decided to upgrade to Plus (or so!)

Does anyone of you have an idea how to get rid of them...?

as far as I know, it's compromising the strike, you know, when they disabled basic accounts for newcomers... all not logged in visitors will see ads on basic and plus (don't think it applies to paid and permanent) accounts so you need to open a new account to stop seeing ads, that's how it works now. dunno if there's any way of getting rid of them, but I don't think so, it seems the only way to keep lj free of charges.
